To be considered for a new position, you must meet the following criteria’s:

  • You must be in your current position for at least 6 months before you can apply to another position. The decision to forgo the 6-month standard is at the sole discretion of PFSweb leadership based on business needs.

  • You must be in good performance standing with no performance or conduct disciplinary actions which includes: First written or Final disciplinary actions

  • Review the job description and qualifications online. If you meet the minimum qualifications for the job: Apply to the job posting online, upload an updated resume AND Complete the Internal Position Acknowledgment Form (the form can be found on the POD). Sign and obtain the signature of your current manager. Then take the completed form to HR. HR will confirm your eligibility and scan copy to the assigned Recruiter. The Recruiter will contact you regarding the next steps in the interview process.
